Yemen Gold is the best of Yemen's Haymi region: a rare, limited lot that scores 90+. Anaerobically fermented to bring out wine-like complexity, tropical fruit notes, and refined acidity. Roasted to medium to highlight terroir while keeping the cup approachable. Only a very small amount is available each year, which is how it earned the name.
